What do I bring to class?

ScrapbooksPlus offers a variety of classes for scrappers of all levels.
Most classes are taught in a  hands-on manner,
with students starting and usually finishing a project during the class.  
Come and learn new techniques and ideas while having a lot of fun with other scrappers!

How do I sign up for a class?
 Pre-registration with payment is required for any class. Please sign up for your class as early as possible to reserve your space and to ensure that
the instructor can complete the necessary preparations for your kit. You can sign up for a class at the store or by calling us and using a credit card
over the phone at (703) 263-9503. In class, students will receive a 10% off coupon to use for a future purchase! (excluding SDU Program and Clubs)

I am a beginner, what classes can I take?
 Every class varies, but if you are just starting out, we suggest the "Scrapbook Design & You", or SDU®.  It is a well rounded set of classes that will teach you the fundamentals of scrapbooking, from preparing your pages to tips and techniques!

                   The "Intro to Embossing Class" is a pre-requisite for all embossing classes so you can get the techniques of dry embossing down first.

                    If you already are familiar with the basics of scrapbooking, you are welcome to take any of our other great classes offered!
 
I can't come to the class; Can I get a class kit to take home?
In most cases, yes. Just let us know when signing up for the class that you only want the kit.  It will usually be available the next day and must be claimed within 30 days.
  

  * Please, no children under 12 in classes unless class description specifically mentions ages under 12 permitted. 
  * If a class has to be cancelled by ScrapbooksPlus due to inclement weather or other emergency, the class will be rescheduled
     at a later date and students will be notified of the change. If a class has to be cancelled do to lack of participation, students will
     be given a store credit for a future class.
  * If you are signed up for a class and need to cancel,  you will be given a store credit for a future class, if the cancellation is
     at least 2 days prior to the class.
  * There are no refunds or exchanges on class kits at anytime.
